One Month, a Mountain of Sourdough, and So Much More!

Can you believe it? It feels like just yesterday I was nervously prepping my first sourdough loaf for sale, and now, a whirlwind month later, I'm celebrating a thriving little business! Honestly, time has flown by in a flurry of flour, bubbling starters, and the intoxicating aroma of freshly baked bread. This first month has been a rollercoaster – a delicious mix of unexpected highs and a few (thankfully minor!) learning curves.

The biggest highlight? Hands down, it's been the incredible support from you, my amazing customers! Seeing consistent orders come in has been the most rewarding feeling. Knowing that people are enjoying the sourdough I pour my heart into… well, it's truly humbling. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart, for making this dream a reality.

But the excitement doesn't stop there! I'm thrilled to announce that we're expanding! Think bigger and better: I've upgraded my supplies to handle the growing demand, I'm constantly dreaming up exciting new menu items, and I'm relentlessly perfecting recipes to bring you the most delicious and innovative sourdough creations imaginable.
